Co-creating the power of consumer experience in quality and safety

This session will be an interactive session to build your knowledge on partnering with consumers in quality and safety.

There will be five micro sections that review different methods that consumer partnering has been embedded in quality and safety throughout a large healthcare organisation.

Each section of the session is co-developed and co-delivered with staff and a consumer partner. Each section will review current evidence, explore implementation methods that have been used in a large health service, reflect on lessons learnt, and provide the attendees with an interactive question and answer session to generate reflections.
