Seeking humanity: a health informed approach to homelessness to drive impactful change 

Homelessness affects everybody – directly or indirectly. Urgency, hope and new models of care are mandatory if we are to recognise the scale of homelessness in Australia that is both preventable and solvable. In this session we will hear from leaders in the field – change makers and those with a lived experience of homelessness working collaboratively to systemically end homelessness. Experts will include staff from: Australian Alliance to End Homelessness (AAEH) – an independent champion for preventing and ending homelessness in Australia. Micah Projects – a not-for-profit organisation committed to providing services and opportunities in the community to create justice and respond to injustice.
