Part 1: Unlocking sustainable co-delivery: the power of transformation improvement cadence

The Director of Transformation, alongside front-line employees will be delivering a talk on a newly developed methodology used for the delivery of improvements within the healthcare setting.

The Outpatients Transformation team at Monash Health adopted this new way of working; seeing objectives and key deliverables be deployed in 12-week cycles, in a collaborative way with our front-line teams. Results were impressive: time to achieve miles dropped by a third, the number of milestones endorsed improved from 10 to 29 in a 3-month period; and teams felt empowered through qualitiative feedback.

More research needs to be done, but this could be the future of healthcare improvement delivery…
