Manvir Victor is a kidney disease patient and received a kidney transplant in 2012. Manvir is the WHO chairman for patient safety in Malaysia, a member of the National Patient Safety Council and part of the British Medical Journal international patient panel as well as a member of the Patient Liaison Advisory Group of the ISN.
