L1: Tai Chi Experience

Take part in a lunchtime Tai Chi exercise as a well deserved break from the invigorating programme. The half hour session is open to everyone, no matter your previous experience of Tai Chi. There will be a short greeting and warm up, with an introduction to a few Tai Chi steps and a short warm down leaving you calm and ready for the afternoon discussions.
