Part B: The integration of palliative care into the mainstream health care system in Taiwan

Taiwan ranked number six among 80 countries in the quality of death index in 2015. In this session, Dr Wang will present the three waves of the hospice palliative movement in Taiwan. Palliative care is now integrated into the mainstream health care system. The future development of palliative care includes the public health approach in community and long term care system.
