Her passion has been to work with human factors in creating a culture of quality and safety within the organization, a foundation that is essential to continue the journey of quality improvement. As a faculty member of the Singapore Healthcare Improvement Network (SHINe), she leads and supports improvement initiatives in medication safety, hospital acquired infection prevention and care transitions.
