Kylie has extensive experience of over 10 years in quality improvement, patient safety and accreditation at international levels. She has written multiple letters to the editor in BMJ on clinical topics and presented at international conferences. Kylie leads clinical governance and safety and efficiency projects at Eastern Health. She mentors and teaches trainees and has an academic lecturing position at Deakin University, Melbourne.
