Su-Hsuan Hsu is currently an Attending Physician, Department of Family Medicine and Deputy Director, Planning and Development Center of Long-term Care at the Taipei City Hospital, Taiwan. Dr. Hsu graduated from the China Medical University, Taiwan. She received her Master of Science degree from Institute of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, National Taiwan University, Taiwan in 2011. Dr. Hsu’s main areas of work are home-based primary care, home-based palliative care, and community-based integrated care which is the comprehensive care model integrating medical healthcare and long-term care.
