Heart Lotus Hospice, Hualien Tzuchi General Hospital

Yingwei is the chief of the department of medical humanities in Tzuchi University and the director in Heart Lotus Hospice in Tzuchi General Hospital. Yingwei hold a MD degree in National Taiwan University and DrPH degree in Tulane University in US. He is the council member of Taiwan Academy of Hospice Palliative Medicine and associate professor in Tzu Chi University.
