Before founding the Manifold Health Tech, Inc., Mr. Wu was the director of Medical Informatics Department in ITRI. He joined ITRI in 2010 with more than 10 years of IT consulting experience in E-Marketing and Electronic Medical Record in New York. He was the Deputy Director of Telehealthcare Project Management Office for the Department of Health in Taiwan and conducted several international collaborations with key figures in the digital health field globally including Stanford University, National University of Singapore, IBM and Fraunhofer. In 2015, Mr. Wu was a visiting scholar at Stanford Preventive Research Center.
