Part A: Khon Kaen Smart Health
Khon Kaen City integrated smart healthcare model with three components; 1) Smart Ambulance, ambulances can reaches patients faster by using Ambulance Operation Center designed and developed to eliminate limitation both the distance to site and time consuming. 2) Preventive Healthcare Service, monitor steps from the selected population using smart wristband and 3) Blockchain & Analytics, health data will be sent to google cloud analytic and the system can display warning before blood oxygen desaturation by using Smart ICU.

After this session, participants will be able to:
1. Learn how to use Smart Health
2. Know how an integrated smart healthcare model work
3. Use the concept of this project to apply to their communities

Part B: Delivering Inclusive Smart Health Care

This session will explore how to deliver inclusive Smart Health Care through an innovative and comprehensive e-Health system. Dr Kuo will share a successful Case in Changhua Christian Healthcare System (CCH), Taiwan.

Founded in 1896, CCH is now the biggest health care system in central Taiwan, with more than 4,500 ward beds, over 9,000 employees and 10 branches and cooperative hospitals. It has been awarded with lots of national and international certificates such as SNQ, CCPC, TUV, CAP, AAHRPP, and achieved JCI Accreditation since 2008. It also founded the first intelligent and green hospital, Yuanlin Christian Hospital (YCH), in Asia which has transformed traditional hospital workflow and provides superior medical care.

YCH is the first hospital in Taiwan rewarded the Smart Hospital Certificates for whole hospital system. It has deployed a huge array of exciting digital systems, including operation room transportation robot-ORBER, smart registration counter, medical laboratory auto-tubbing system, wireless vital signs monitoring system, smart patient wards, smart dialysis unit, smart energy control system and indoor air quality monitoring system. These not only make the hospital’s operation management more efficient with enhanced medical quality, but also reduces the possibility of unexpected manual error. In this presentation, the global healthcare outlook and how to apply the AI and digital into the medical service and management at YCH will be shared, with the opportunity to interact and learn from participants as well.
