Amelia Brooks, Senior Director, Patient Safety and Europe, IHI, has expertise in leadership for improvement, quality improvement, patient safety, human factors, analytics for improvement, and safety culture. She has worked in strategic and operational roles in the improvement field for 13 years, including frontline roles as a quality improvement specialist. Prior to joining IHI, she led the design, development, and implementation of the South West Patient Safety Collaborative at a regional level in England and was a member of the National Patient Safety Leads Network. Ms. Brooks is a Generation Q Fellow.
