Joanna is an AHP by background, with over 20 years of clinical experience in the NHS and Canada.

Over recent years Joanna has acted as the programme lead for delivery of the Remote Emergency Access Coordination Hub, a multifaceted systems innovation improving pre-hospital care across Northeast London.

Joanna is currently leading the quality improvement programme at East London Foundation Trust, overseeing improvement work across the trust and working with partners across two integrated care systems to deliver improvement and build capability and capacity for improvement at pace and scale. Joanna has experience in delivering QI training to post-graduate AHPs and surgical fellows across London and is an associate lecturer in QI at St George’s University, London.
