Peter has many years of experience in coaching, training and motivating quality improvements in all kinds of processes. Peter specializes in enabling staff and managers to find new ways of working to create more customer value, delivering better quality using less resources. Prior to his current role as CEO of learning and Innovation, Peter has functioned as Head of Development at Södra Älvsborgs Hospital as well as Development Manager Digitalization for many years where he has contributed with his senior skills in quality technique, automation and digitalization, system thinking and senior leadership.
