Chiagozie Abiakam is a clinical pharmacist and technical program manager with over 11 years of experience in clinical pharmacy and healthcare project management. She leverages her expertise in behavioral science, data analysis, and AI technology to co-design and implement innovative solutions that enhance maternal health outcomes and address social determinants of health.


As Manager of the Women’s Wellness Program at mDoc Healthcare, Chiagozie leads maternal health programs, including Merck for Mothers-funded projects impacting over 100,000 women of reproductive age. Her work focuses on improving self-efficacy, chronic disease management, and overall well-being through data-driven strategies, virtual health coaching, and AI-enabled chatbots.


Chiagozie also plays a pivotal role in capacity-building efforts, facilitating tele-education sessions for healthcare workers, leaders, and policymakers on digital literacy, AI, and clinical education. Her contributions extend to fostering partnerships with stakeholders, advancing innovation, and driving measurable health outcomes.


With a BPharm from the University of Nigeria, an MSc in Human Services and Nonprofit Administration from Walden University, and a PMP certification, Chiagozie combines her technical expertise and passion for healthcare to empower underserved communities and strengthen health systems.
