The Geneva Sustainability Centre’s Carbon Emissions Learning Lab (CELL) is an innovative online learning tool that simulates a hospital executive's decision-making process. Based on real-world data, CELL puts you in charge of a simulated 500-bed hospital, charged with reducing carbon emissions over a multi-year period whilst maintaining patient satisfaction, staff engagement, your hospital’s rating, and the all-
important budget. Working in teams, CELL allows learners to trial different strategies for sustainability transformation in a safe, action-orientated learning environment that simulates the real world challenge of transitioning hospitals towards more sustainable healthcare.
