Proud2bOps’, a 5,000 strong social movement of healthcare operational leaders is leading the way in making improvement mainstream in the English National Health Service.

Productive healthcare systems remain reliant on Operational Managers as a conductor of service delivery, leading across large ecosystems, yet rarely are they developed, seen as professional and deliberately focus on improvement.

Proud2bOps is the professional body for operational leaders.  Through this social movement, managers convene to energise, connect and develop their skills and knowledge for continuous improvement.

This movement has ignited from 15 to thousands of operational leaders socially connected and developed as a change agent for operational improvement and delivery.  All, whilst sustaining safety, trust, respect and professional identity.

We have achieved a large-scale learning exchange for operational leaders, open to respectful challenge and hungry to adopt operational excellence for the communities they serve.

Proud2bOps is a powerful example where human and social capital ignite.

Following this session, participants will be able to:

  • Determine why and what you will do to start an operational movement with impact and presence

  • Construct your method and meaningful measures to realise bright sparks of operational performance

  • Validate your leadership and approach to achieve identity, safety and hope for managers and leaders
