Jeremy Cox

Jeremy has over 30 years’ experience of international, multi-sector consulting and in hands-on leadership roles, including an appointment as Director of Quality Improvement at CQC, England’s health & social care regulator. His abiding passion has been to help people create more effective, efficient and humane ways of getting things done by developing leadership practice, service designs and organisational ecosystems anchored in systems thinking and psychologically informed theories of change.


Jeremy holds a Degree in mechanical engineering and began his career in manufacturing. After gaining a Masters in Business Administration, he moved to OD leadership roles in financial services and then to consulting with public, voluntary and private of sector clients as diverse as the European Social Fund, Aviva and the public sector reform programme in Greater Manchester. He has designed and delivered Masters programmes and is a Visiting Fellow at Newcastle Business School. He joined The King’s Fund in 2021 to support leaders across the health and care system with the challenges of integration, person-centred and place-based system design.
