Development Consultant, The King’s Fund; England

Dharaa joined The King’s Fund in 2021 and is part of the Leadership and Organisational Development team. Her role leading the development of online learning at The King’s Fund includes a variety of learner-focused activities such as content design and course production, alongside programme management, business development and strategic planning.

Dharaa started her career at Cancer Research UK, where she worked in the Research and Innovation directorate, project managing a range of research grant-funding initiatives. She has also worked at the Royal College of Physicians, where she co-ordinated and project managed the National Lung Cancer Audit and its patient involvement initiatives.

Dharaa holds leadership qualifications from the design and consulting firm IDEO and is a qualified Agile project management practitioner. She also trained in group work at The Gestalt Centre.
