Development Consultant, The King’s Fund; England

Dharaa is a Development Consultant in The King’s Fund’s Leadership and Organisational Development department. As the co-founder of The King’s Fund’s innovative new online learning offer, ShiftWorks, she leads on all aspects of its design and development.

In her role, Dharaa focuses on creating beautifully designed learner experiences through bold course and content production. She also plays a pivotal role in driving business development and strategic planning, ensuring that The King’s Fund’s online learning offer is continuously evolving with the changing times.

Dharaa holds leadership qualifications from the design and consulting firm IDEO, and she has also trained in group work at The Gestalt Centre. Her expertise lies in blending design thinking and creativity with the practical needs of health and care staff, particularly those in the early stages of their careers. She is passionate about understanding the everyday experiences of these professionals, using her skills to develop impactful leadership development.
