Cecilie Haraldseid-Driftland is an associate professor at SHARE- Centre for Resilience in Healthcare at University of Stavanger, Norway. Dr. Haraldseid-Driftland has a clinical background as a registered nurse, and is highly dedicated to helping units and organizations translate resilience into practice by becoming aware of what they do that provide positive outcomes in their organization. Haraldseid-Driftland believe that organizational and collaborative learning and resilience is key to enable the current and future workforce to provide high quality care. Dr. Haraldseid-Driftland has been involved in several large international research grants over the last five years, among them the Research Council of Norway project Resilience in Healthcare (2018-2024) (5 mill Euro) and the EU Horizon Europe Grant Support4Resilience (S4R)-Strengthening resilience and mental wellbeing through the Support4Resilience toolbox for leaders in elderly care (2024-2028) (6 mill Euro).
