Danielle Kremers is the Director of Nursing for the Center of Trauma, Reconstruction and Movement at Radboudumc. With a background in nursing and a Master of Health Administration, she brings both hands-on clinical experience and strategic leadership to her role. Danielle has worked for many years as a nurse and later as a healthcare manager within Radboudumc, combining a strong connection to frontline care with a keen sense for organizational dynamics.


As a nursing flow manager, she played a key role in the implementation of the Real Time Demand and Capacity (RTDC) methodology. Her work is characterized by a deep commitment to improving patient flow and nursing leadership, always with a focus on collaboration and sustainable impact.
