Jonathan works as the Assistant Medical Director for Quality Improvement at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and has been involved in Quality Improvement for over 7 years. His other role is a National Clinical Lead in the Quality, Safety and Improvement directorate at the NHS Executive (Wales). Jonathan has worked in the NHS for over 24 years with 12 years of experience as a Consultant ENT Surgeon. He is trained as a Scottish Improvement Leader, Lean SixSigma Black belt and trained in the Toyota Production System. Jonathan is passionate about healthcare improvement and is always looking for new and innovative ways to enhance the quality of care and services for patients and staff.
