Ellie has been working in the healthcare quality field since 2016. She started her career at the Royal College of Psychiatrists managing national accreditation networks for inpatient mental health services, before joining East London NHS Foundation Trust’s Quality Department where she has been for the last 6 years.

She currently leads the Trust’s Quality Assurance team and is also a Quality Improvement Coach. Alongside work, Ellie has recently completed an MSc in Healthcare Leadership focusing her dissertation on the leadership of coproduction with service users and carers.
