Helen is an Independent Consultant, with over 20 years experience in QI work – improving the safety and quality of healthcare. Helen was previously an Assistant Director of Research at the Health Foundation, UK. As well as her consultancy work, Helen is Editor-in-Chief of BMJ Open Quality.
