Our recommendations for those in senior positions or leading system level QI

Some of the programme in Utrecht will be of specific interest to those leading quality improvement (QI) at organisational, system or national level. Attendees will tackle key challenges such as equity and organisational culture, and will look deeper into methodologies to support scale and the spread of change.

Our recommendations include a mixture of workshop and lecture-based content.

Sessions in this section all focus on how to create large-scale change at system level across complex organisations and populations.

  • Take the opportunity to evaluate your existing management system and identify areas for improvement, aligning your processes with best practices
  • Hear examples and develop techniques for fostering collaboration and building effective relationships for change across sectors and disciplines
  • Understand how to integrate QI into strategic priorities effectively
