The prices in the table above are in GBP, per delegate and are inclusive of Dutch VAT at 21%.

All bookings should be made online and are payable by credit/debit card or invoice. We can only issue invoices for groups of five or more people from the same organisation.

Each attendance package includes:

  • Access to all keynote and plenary sessions; any networking and social events that we organise; lunch and refreshments; access to the exhibition hall, poster displays and presentations taking place during the two or three days you are registering for
  • All in-person registrations will automatically receive full access to the online programme (to be announced later in 2024) and digital ePosters platform

 

Group bookings

Groups attending in person can save between 10% and 30% on individual delegate rates and accelerate their learning as a team. Group attendance helps to maximise your experience and your organisation’s exposure at the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare.

  • Group savings apply when a minimum of 5 or more individuals from the same organisation register at the same time
  • Group bookings are available for the 2-day (Thursday 22 May – Friday 23 May 2025) or the 3-day (Wednesday 21 May – Friday 23 May 2025) packages only and must be made online

Special attendance rates

Please note all of our special rates apply to our standard registration fees only. We are unable to subsidize or cover your travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending the conference.

Early Bird rates are not available for our special discount packages.

All of the below places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

 

Students 

Our student rates are for those who are in full-time education.

To apply for the discounted student places, please send one of the following to Marina Antanasiotis at mantanasiotis@bmj.com:

  • A copy of your student card which clearly displays the date of validity in numerical form
  • An official letter issued by the Dean of your university confirming you will be in full-time education at the time of the conference
  • If your application is successful, you will be provided with further instructions on how to register with our student rates

 

Attendees from Lower-Middle-Income and Low-Income Countries 

You don’t need to apply to register as a delegates from Low-Income (LICs) and Lower-Middle-Income (LMCs). Please check the World Bank country classification to see if you are eligible.

When registering, please select to register as a delegate and enter your full address on the booking details page as this will be used to verify your registration. The discounted rate will be automatically applied when you choose a country listed as LMC or LIC on the World Bank country classification list while filling in your personal details.

You may be contacted to provide proof of residency.

 

Faculty and teachers

To apply for a discounted faculty place, please send a letter from the Head of your Department stating you are a faculty member to Marina Antanasiotis at mantanasiotis@bmj.com.
