The International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare Asia 2021

For over 25 years, the International Forum has been a platform for healthcare professionals to connect, share learning and innovative ideas, and discuss effective approaches to quality and safety improvement.

At the virtual International Forum Asia 2021, you will hear about the key themes in healthcare in Asia and you will consider how perspectives from around the world can support and inspire solutions to regional as well as global challenges.

You will advance your learning of quality improvement methodologies and deliberate ideas that can improve outcomes for your patients and communities.

The cancellation of International Forum Asia 2021

With the International Forum scheduled for November, this felt like the right time to make an early assessment of the capacity of our audience and supporters in Asia to engage in the conference delivery and attendance.

As the ongoing impact of covid-19 in large parts of Asia is expected to continue to pose a strain on health services over the next weeks and months, we feel it is in the best interest of delegates and supporters to cancel this International Forum ahead of time, while we are still able to do so.

We are working on alternative programmes to replace the cancelled International Forum Asia 2021 and we will share further details in the next few weeks.

Virtual Australasia 2021 - watch selected recordings

All registered International Forum Australasia 2021 attendees will be able to access our virtual platform until Wednesday 7 September 2022 and catch up on content they’ve missed or would like to revisit, including a library of ePosters.

We also streamed live a selection of sessions and the recordings of these sessions remain publicly available. You can watch these on this landing page or directly on Livestream without the need to sign in or enter a password.

What to expect at our virtual conference

Our 3-day virtual conference responds to time pressures of healthcare professionals. You can join in when your schedule permits. You can also dip in and out of sessions.

All live sessions will be recorded so you can watch them in your own time, up to twelve months after the conference, alongside hours of additional on demand content.

During the live conference, you will be able to converse with others live or at a pre-arranged time, join in discussions and activities in breakout rooms as part of live workshops, ask questions during sessions and participate in facilitated networking activities.
