Deputy Group CEO, Regional Health Services, Singapore Health Services; Singapore

Professor Lee Chien Earn is currently the Deputy Group CEO for Singapore Health Services responsible for the Regional Health System in Eastern Singapore that serves a population of nearly 2 million. He was the former Chairman of SHINe and also the Chief Executive Officer of Changi General Hospital, a 1000 bed public teaching hospital. Prior to this he was the Dy Director of Medical Services (Health Services and Healthcare Performance) in MOH where he led the strategic development of healthcare services and national quality improvement efforts.

Prof Lee is a medical doctor by training specialising in Public Health with additional qualifications in Change Management and Coaching. Prof Lee is an Adjunct Professor in the Singapore University of Technology and Design, the School of Public Health, NUS and Duke-NUS Medical School. He also sits on several international and national committees.
