Zann was a pioneer member in setting up the SingHealth Academy. In her 10 years with SingHealth, she led new initiatives in shaping the Education efforts for SingHealth- the inaugural SMU-SingHealth Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management and Leadership, SingHealth Duke-NUS Scientific Congress, SingHealth Duke-NUS Education Conference, the accredited edu.sg status for SingHealth Academy. In 2016, she was Head of the operations for the Academic Medicine Education Institute for SingHealth Duke-NUS and was tasked to set up the pre-employment clinical training structure for the Cluster Education Office and to lead the SGH Campus Education Office. Zann took on the role as the Assistant Director (Admin), SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute for Patient Safety & Quality (IPSQ) in 2018 and is actively collaborating with internal as well as external and international stakeholders in strengthening patient safety and quality efforts for the SingHealth Duke-NUS.
