She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), a Quality Improvement Faculty and Project Facilitator at IPSQ. Joo Ying supports the implementation of TeamSPEAK ® - a programme which promotes Speaking Up for Patient Safety, Patient Safety Engagement Report (PASER), and is actively involved in the collaboration with World Health Organization (WHO).
