Robert is a global healthcare innovation executive and has spent the last decade building and leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for some of the most complex public and private health systems across Australia and the United States. In addition to his executive leadership roles, Robert also advises disruptive HealthTech companies in the development of game-changing care delivery solutions leveraging wearables, IoT-enabled devices, 3D printing, and geospatial intelligence. He has played active roles in Australia’s National Innovation Games and the Gravity Challenge. Prior to his career in healthcare, Robert helped lead Operational Excellence and Quality deployments across multiple industries and organizations including NASA, Rockwell Automation, and Key Bank. Robert has served as a keynote speaker for several national and international conferences on quality, innovation, and digital health. He also co-founded several community forums focused on Operational Excellence collaboration and knowledge-sharing to drive economic growth and professional development. He has been an active volunteer at Ronald McDonald House and has devoted time providing pro bono consulting support for healthcare clinics supporting underserved and underrepresented patient populations.
