Rebecca Reed

Rebecca is the Improvement Advisor for Safer Care Victoria’s Safer Baby and Better Births for Women Collaboratives. Rebecca comes to her role with an extensive 20-year career as an allied health clinician, leading performance improvement across the care continuum. Rebecca has been part of the SCV team since the early days and has been integral to influencing system-wide change and improvement. Rebecca enjoys working alongside individuals and health service teams to coach them through the art and science of improvement, to deliver successful results, and spread changes across the entire system. Rebecca holds a double undergraduate degree in Public Health and Occupational Therapy and has recently completed a Master’s degree in Health Service Management, and the Improvement Advisor and Breakthrough Series College courses with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
