Tania is a strategist, connector and consultant with over 20 years’ experience in consulting and operations who is passionate about connecting people and bringing strategy to life. She has recently worked with clients to facilitate customer centred strategy for projects in health, cities and sport and entertainment. Before moving into her own business, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Taylor Street Advisory, a boutique advisory firm, which has a focus on transport infrastructure, cities, and strategic stakeholder communications. She began her career as an electrical engineer in the Royal Australian Air Force after graduating from the Australian Defence Force Academy. She is a consumer representative on the Pulmonary Fibrosis Australasian Clinical Trials (PACT) Consumer Advisory Group, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Asia Society Asia 21 young leader, class of 2013, and an advisory board member for Refugee Talent and WaveXD, a technology business that connects refugees to employment.
