Dominique is a Consultant in Public Health Medicine with a passion for improving health care and health. She currently divides her time between a large UK based health charity and a London teaching hospital where she jointly leads the improvement team. Across her roles, Dominique leads a variety of programmes including the role of the NHS as an anchor institution, developing a culture of improvement and reducing unwarranted variation.


She is an experienced presenter and facilitator and regularly speaks nationally and internationally. She has spent 15 years in healthcare in clinical, managerial, public health, management consultancy, policy and research roles. She is interested in a number of areas including population health, quality improvement, developing networks, increasing patient and public engagement and clinical leadership.


She has a Darzi Fellowship in Clinical Leadership, is a Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health and an Associate Non-Executive Director with the NHS Improvement NExT Director programme aiming to get more women and people from BAME backgrounds into Board roles. She was recognised by the Health Service Journal as a Rising Star in 2015.
