Francesco Locati graduated in Medicine at the University of Milan, He obtained at the same University the specialisation in Dermatology and Venereology, Clinical Pharmacology and Hygiene and Preventive Medicine. He is interested in clinical and epidemiological research. He worked as a hospital doctor at the hospitals of the province of Bergamo, dealing with health public management and medical directorate, and currently carries out his activity as CEO of Health Care Trust Bergamo East (6 hospitals, 2 health districts, 723 beds, 2.500 employees) since 2016.

He is the author of 173 publications, has participated in international cooperation projects, teaches Hygiene at the University of Milan Bicocca. He is a licensed trainer and member of Global NLP training and consulting community of R. Dilts.
