Gabrielle is a multi-award-winning children and young people’s health advocate. A long-term patient, she role models the inclusion of patients in strategic decision-making as the youngest member of the NHS Assembly and a Youth Expert Advisor to the NHSE/I Children and Young People’s Transformation Programme, which oversees the healthcare of all CYP in England.


She sits as an Oversight Board member to the REAL centre at the Health Foundation. Her advocacy work extends outside of healthcare; she is a member of the #iwill Partnership board, a youth advisor to the UK Mission to the UN and works across the Youth Sector as a representative on the BackYouthAlliance.


She is an alumni member of the NHS Youth Forum and former chair of the Young Persons’ Advisory Group at Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Additionally, Gabrielle is a fifth-year medical student at Imperial College London where she recently completed an intercalated Global Health BSc (Hons).
