Polly Bowler is Head of Arts Therapies for ELFT’s Bedfordshire & Luton directorate leading a team across community adult mental health and adult learning disability services. She is a trained music therapist and Quality Improvement coach. Polly has been involved in the ELFTin1Voice staff and service user choir as a participant and is now supporting its ongoing development and creative direction.
