Susan Hannah is Senior Director, Europe Region and Strategic Partners for IHI. She is an experienced improvement leader who has led work across many health and social care sectors to promote collaboration and quality improvement to impact on health and achievement outcomes for the population. Former head of Children and Young people Collaborative, Scottish Government, she is now a leading member of the IHI Europe Team and HIAE network, influencing improvement across many health and care settings.
