Improvement Fellow, The Health Foundation; England

Tom is an Improvement Fellow at the Health Foundation, where he leads research on data and technology and manages the organisation’s programme on environmental sustainability. He joined the Foundation from NHS England where he was Clinical Policy and Strategy Team Manager, covering maternity and women’s health, and before that Communications and Engagement Lead for the National Maternity Review.

Prior to this, Tom studied law at SOAS, University of London, where he specialised in human rights, and worked for Minority Rights Group International, Hackney Community Law Centre and Intiwawa, a children’s charity in Peru.
