F3: Leading Organisational Spread in Improvement

The word ‘spread’ is commonly used to define the the adoption of changes and innovations within an organisation. Frameworks have been developed to guide spread but it remains a perplexing challenge for leaders in an organisation to spread these changes through best practices, service improvements and innovations. Successful and effective spread needs to be planned and managed and this session provides leaders insights into the “ingredients” required when implementing these changes.
