Wednesday 18th September 2019
13:30am-17:00pm

Understanding how to effectively share, scale and spread improvement work is a huge challenge for the improvement community. Gain insights into improving the influence of your work through this session which will blend theory, interactive work and practical tips and guidance. We will review the latest thinking on effective scale and spread, actively workshop participants’ own projects in preparation for peer-reviewed publication, discuss new ways of sharing work through multimedia and create dissemination plans to increase the impact and influence of participants’ work.

After this session participants will be able to:

  1. Identify target audiences and channels to disseminate to each group.

  2. Create effective content for journals and multimedia platforms to share their learning.

  3. Develop a dissemination plan for their improvement work or group.
