Marie Blom Niklasson is a senior adviser in quality and leadership with many years of experience. Works at the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR) with leadership programs for both managers and politicians that lead the transition to person-centered and integrated care. She is also the host of SALARS top management program. She has a background as an anesthesia nurse but with further education in quality, economics and political science.
