This year, we have 3 ticket packages to choose from:

  • 1-day ticket valid for Wednesday 10 April only
  • 2-day ticket valid for Thursday 11 April – Friday 12 April
  • 3-day ticket valid for Wednesday 10 April – Friday 12 April

Wednesday 10 April

  • Access to your choice of off-site Experience Days or full/half day workshops happening during the day; any networking events that we organise including the evening Welcome reception; lunch and refreshments; access to the exhibition hall and poster displays on Wednesday 10 April only.
  • All in-person registrations will automatically receive full access to the online programme (recordings of all main stage sessions, including all 4 keynotes; 6 online-only sessions; access to ePosters)
2-Day Ticket 

Thursday 11 – Friday 12 April

  • Access to all keynote and plenary sessions; any networking events that we organise including a choice of social activities on Thursday evening; lunch and refreshments; access to the exhibition hall, poster displays and presentations taking place on Thursday 11 April and Friday 12 April
  • All in-person registrations will automatically receive full access to the online programme (recordings of all main stage sessions, including all 4 keynotes; 6 online-only sessions; access to ePosters).

Wednesday 10 – Friday 12 April

  • Access to all keynote and plenary sessions; any networking events that we organise including the evening Welcome reception on Wednesday and a choice of social activities on Thursday evening; lunch and refreshments; access to the exhibition hall, poster displays and presentations taking place on Wednesday 10 April to Friday 12 April.

*Group savings apply when a minimum of 5 or more individuals from the same organisation register at the same time for the 2-day or 3-day packages. There are no group rates for those who wish to attend on Wednesday 10 April only. See more about booking as a group below.

The prices in the table above are in GBP, per delegate and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Our individual and group rates are applicable to all delegates, with special discounts for:

  • Students in full-time education
  • Residents of Lower-Middle-Income Countries (LMCs) and Lower-Income Countries (LICs)
  • Faculty and teachers

 

All bookings should be made online and are payable by credit/debit card or invoice. We can only issue invoices for groups of five or more people from the same organisation.

Group bookings

Groups attending in person can save between 10% and 30% on individual delegate rates and accelerate their learning as a team.

Booking as part of a group does not only allow you to save on your delegate fees but also gives an opportunity to maximise your experience and your organisation’s exposure at the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare.

  • Group savings apply when a minimum of 5 or more individuals from the same organisation register at the same time
  • Group bookings are available for the 2-day (Thursday 11 April – Friday 12 April 2024) or the 3-day (Wednesday 10 April – Friday 12 April 2024) packages only and must be made online.

Student discounted places

Allocated on a first come, first served basis, our special discounts for students are for those who are in full-time education and wish to attend the International Forum.

The student discounts apply to our standard registration fees only. We are unable to subsidize or cover your travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending the conference.

Early Bird rates are not available for our special discount packages.

To apply for the discounted student places, please send one of the following to Marina Antanasiotis at mantanasiotis@bmj.com:

  • A copy of your student card which clearly displays the date of validity in numerical form
  • An official letter issued by the Dean of your university confirming you will be in full-time education at the time of the conference you are booking (10-12 April 2024)
  • If your application is successful, you will be provided with further instructions on how to register with our student rates.

Lower-Middle-Income and Low-Income Countries rates

We do have a limited number of places for delegates who are residents of and working in Low-Income and Lower-Middle-Income countries to attend the International Forum for the two or three-day conference at a reduced registration rate. Only delegates from Low-Income (LICs) and Lower-Middle-Income (LMCs) countries qualify for our discounted rates. Please check the World Bank country classification to see if you are eligible.

Please note that these discounts are applicable to our standard individual registration fees only and are not applicable for travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending the International Forum.

Early Bird rates are not available for our special discount packages.

How to register:

There is no application process. When registering, please select to register as a delegate and enter your full address on the booking details page as this will be used to verify your registration.

The discounted rate will be automatically applied when you choose a country listed as LMC or LIC on the World Bank country classification list while filling in your personal details.

As allocated places are limited, discounts will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You may be contacted to provide proof of residency.

Faculty and teachers

We are offering a limited number of scholarships and special discounts for teachers to attend the London International Forum. These will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

These discounts are applicable to our three main conference days registration fees only and are not applicable for travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending the conference.

To apply for a discounted faculty place, please send a letter from the Head of your Department stating you are a faculty member to Marina Antanasiotis at mantanasiotis@bmj.com.

Attending online

You can attend the International Forum either in-person or online.

The online programme spans over 2 days only (11-12 April 2024). It includes selected sessions that will be live-streamed from the venue in London, plus brand-new online-only content.
