In this interactive session delegates will have the opportunity to explore the impact of kindness on patient care, bringing together some of the research evidence around kindness in healthcare, with the lived experiences of a number of patient leaders who are attending the Forum

Objectives: 

• Understand the scientific evidence supporting the impact of kindness on clinical outcomes.


• Develop and refine listening and storytelling skills to improve patient care.


• Explore the leadership behaviours needed to foster a culture of kindness within healthcare environments.
