This session will create a conversation to explore the importance of aligning safety and improvement with system quality priorities. Too often, patient and staff safety are managed in silo from other quality priorities, missing the opportunity to maximise and spread learning within and across organisations. The need to get systematic in the approach to quality management so that safety, improvement, and productivity are aligned and working to achieve high impact and positive outcomes has never been greater. Join this conversation and learn from the experience of an organisation who are working to achieve a whole system quality approach with safety at its’ core.
