Miss Sophronia Samouti, shall present the Cyprus new National Health System that was implemented in 2019, a primary care driven, universal EPR system, single payor, involving public and private sector. Moreover, she will describe a model for implementing a compassionate, patient centred culture in Healthcare. Prof George Samoutis, shall present the Cyprus efforts for quality management in its NHS , the need and development of a National Centre for Clinical Evidence and Quality Improvement. Finally, he shall present best practices in Healthcare quality improvement from other countries.
