Paul Binfield is the Service Director for People Participation (PP) at East London NHS Foundation Trust. People participation started in ELFT in 2008, Paul was one of the first people participation leads and has since led the evolution of the service which has grown over the last decade to include peer support, recovery college and a befriending service. Paul consistently challenges the status quo and works tirelessly to ensure that service users and carers are involved in all areas and levels of the organisation.
