With a turnover of £2.2billion and a workforce of almost 19,000, Barts Health is a leading healthcare provider in Britain and one of the largest NHS trusts in the country. East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) is a provider of community health, mental health, primary care and specialist services to a population of 1.7million people across East London, Bedfordshire and Luton. ELFT has been applying quality improvement to all areas of its operations for a decade, with breakthrough results on areas of safety, flow, staff experience and cost.
MHimprove
MHimprove is the global network for those leading quality improvement work within mental health settings. The network began in 2014, and has been growing over time, with participants from every continent of the globe. The network meets in person once a year, alongside the International Forum for Quality & Safety in Healthcare.
National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE)
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence helps practitioners and commissioners get the best care to patients, fast, while ensuring value for the taxpayer. It does this by producing useful and usable guidance for health and care practitioners. NICE also provides rigorous, independent assessment of complex evidence for new health technologies, develops recommendations that focus on what matters most and drives innovation into the hands of health and care practitioners. NICE improves the outcomes for everyone by encouraging the uptake of best practice.
NHS Elect
NHS Elect is a national membership network that has been providing NHS organisations with high-quality support and training for over 20 years. We are part of the NHS and work with more than 80 members across England and Wales including acute, community, and mental health trusts, as well as Integrated Care Systems (ICSs). We also regularly work with NHS England and other national bodies. This gives us an in-depth understanding of emerging healthcare policy and best practice, which we use to support our members.
NHS North East London
NHS North East London serves more than two million people across eight local authority areas: Barking and Dagenham, City of London, Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest. We work with and for all the people of north east London to create meaningful improvements in health, wellbeing and equity.
The Centre for Sustainable Healthcare
An independent non-profit organisation, CSH has been leading efforts to incorporate the values of environmental sustainability into the health sector since its establishment in 2008. It has a particular focus on engaging those in the front line of patient care and promoting the concept of “sustainable clinical practice”. CSH has developed a ‘SusQI framework’ and supports individuals and organisations to integrate sustainability into healthcare improvement work.

Danish Society for Patient Safety (PS!) is an independent, nonprofit organization working to improve patient safety across Danish healthcare. PS! was founded, and is supported by, all major stakeholders in Danish healthcare. PS! strives to create sustainable healthcare, undertaking small and large scale improvement projects in collaboration with our partners.

The Health Service Executive (HSE) is responsible for the provision of health and personal social services for everyone living in Ireland, with public funds.
Healthcare Improvement Scotland
Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) is an improvement organisation providing better quality health and social care for the people of Scotland. HIS enable people to make informed decisions about their care and treatment and help health and social care organisations to redesign and continuously improve services.
Improvement Cymru
Improvement Cymru is part of the Quality, Safety and Improvement directorate of the NHS Wales Executive. As the improvement service for NHS Wales, we work alongside organisations to empower, embed and elevate improvements to quality and safety, delivering all-Wales improvement programmes to achieve safety priorities.
Our aim is to support the creation of the best quality health and care system for Wales so that everyone has access to safe, effective and efficient care in the right place and at the right time.

National Improvement Unit, Singapore
National Improvement Unit, established in 2021 to create a national learning system around big dot projects. NIU works with health and social care partners to enable the adoption of improvement science and building capability in all levels of organisations.
NHS Education for Scotland
NHS Education for Scotland (NES) is an education and training body and a special health board within NHS Scotland, with responsibility of developing and delivering education and training for the healthcare workforce in Scotland. NES has a Scotland wide role in undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing professional development.
Norwegian Patient Safety Programme
Launched in 2011, the Norwegian Patient Safety Programme aims to reduce preventable patient harm, establishing lasting structures for patient safety and improve patient safety culture in the health and care services. It is a nation-wide program that applies to all levels of the health and care services.
NVZ
The NVZ is the trade association for general hospitals and specialist institutions in the Netherlands. We represent the interests of our members where healthcare, the economy, and society are concerned. The NVZ also represents Dutch hospitals’ interests abroad. In Europe, through HOPE and HOSPEEM, we join European politicians in Brussels in their discussions around healthcare. In addition, the NVZ is a member of the International Hospital Federation (IHF).
Health and Social Care Quality Improvement (HSCQI) Northern Ireland
HSCQI Northern Ireland is a Quality Improvement Network whose purpose is to provide a supporting infrastructure for quality, improvement and innovation across the NI HSC system.
Scottish Government
The Scottish Government is the devolved government for Scotland and has a range of responsibilities that include: the economy, education, health, justice, rural affairs, housing, environment, equal opportunities, consumer advocacy and advice, transport and taxation.
Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR)
SALAR is an employers’ organisation and an organisation that represents and advocates for local government in Sweden. All of Sweden’s municipalities and regions are members of SALAR.
SALAR is the largest employer organisation in Sweden. We also represent and advocate for local government by raising issues, acting decisively and enlightening public opinion. Our ambition is to be one step ahead and to shed light on important changes outside local government that affect our members. SALAR is a politically run organisation.
Zorgnet-Icuro
Zorgnet-Icuro is an Flemish employers’ organization uniting more than 750 private social profit organizations: hospitals, care provisions for elderly and organizations providing mental health care. Taken together, these organizations employ about 140.000 employees.
