Deputy Chief Executive; Westminster City Council, England

Bernie is Deputy Chief Executive of Westminster City Council in England. She is also Executive Director of Adult Social Care and joint SRO for the #2035 project, an anchor collaboration between the Council, Imperial College Healthcare Trust and a number of local partners. Bernie and her team recently hosted the Healthcare Improvement Alliance Europe network show casing the #2035 project. Bernie is an advocate for women in leadership. Bernie’s background is in healthcare, where she started her career as a nurse.
